Julie Toben

Julie is the founder and principal consultant at JTA, a consultancy that helps charities improve their governance, management and sustainability. Julie works extensively with boards of local, national and international charities and has held interim CEO and director roles, particularly during times of crisis or rapid growth. She is a non-executive director on two charity boards and chairman of an investment board. Julie is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Charity Investors' Group and the Institute of Fundraising.
