Workforce development is one way of ensuring consistent and enduring change to the range and quality of music making provision offered to children/ young people by offer the following.

- One to one advisory focusing on your career in ‘music leading.’
- Chances to update existing and acquire new skills through training programmes and networking & skill sharing events.
MusicLeader South East
Background to MusicLeader
MusicLeader is a Youth Music funded training and development initiative. In the South East, MusicLeader South East is managed and delivered by Rhythmix.
Who is MusicLeader for?
MusicLeader membership is ideal for anyone who leads or supports music activities aimed at benefiting children and young people. MusicLeader South East will aim to equip the region’s music leaders with the skills to deliver or manage music projects by providing relevant, bespoke training and networking events, as well as sign posting toward existing continuing professional development provision.
How do I join?
