Dominique Levack


Dominique is a musician, composer and educator. She enjoys working on cutting edge projects across different sectors within music, performance and health. Winning The PRS John Lennon Songwriters Award when she was 20 Dominique spent her early career touring the UK & Europe with her band. In 1994 she moved to Hong Kong and started working for The Media Bank composing music for their Pan Asian networks. There she released her first CD The 6 Betweens, a fusion of Chill out beats and Tibetan music.

In 1999 Dominique moved to Granada, Spain and took up DJ-ing and would sing live over her sets. She also collaborated with several Flamenco artists producing fusion tracks, and had a regular slot on 2 local radio stations playing world music. Returning to the UK in 2006 she trained to become a tutor and started working at Access to Music in Brighton, where she currently delivers their vocal programme and delivers Arts Awards. Dominique studied a Post Graduate Diploma in Music Health Society and enjoys working with clients with autism, learning difficulties and dementia using music as a means of creativity. She also leads Singing for the Brain groups for The Alzheimer’s Society.
